What is a Theme framework?
This is a ‘parent’ Theme from which ‘child’ Themes are created. The parent Theme often has functionality which is inherited by the child Theme/s. Frameworks are popular because users can then change child Themes whilst maintaining most of the parent Theme settings and functionality.
